1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SafeHall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SafeHall is a compliance utility tool designed to assist venues in meeting the organizational requirements of the UK Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025. The Service provides structured workflows to generate documentation based solely on user inputs.

3. No Legal Advice

SafeHall does not provide legal advice.

The documents, guidance, and audit trails generated by the Service are for informational and organizational purposes only. You are solely responsible for ensuring your venue complies with all applicable laws. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified legal professional for specific compliance counsel and relying on official GOV.UK resources.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium features, including certificate generation and document downloads, requires an active subscription. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). All fees are non-refundable unless required by UK law.

5. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeHall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, nor for any regulatory fines incurred by your venue.
